I’m Tere My roots begin in central Mexico, where the women in my family practiced as curanderas—healers who tended to the body, mind, and spirit with prayer, herbs, and intention. I carry their medicine with me. Today, I blend these traditional ways with modern healing technologies to support the whole person. My training includes sobadas/massage bodywork, rebozo somatic therapy, pranic healing, shamanic drum journeying, Redox molecular therapy, limpias for mind, body, and spirit, and scalar plasma acupuncture. I believe deeply that when we heal ourselves, we also bring healing to our ancestors and to the generations yet to come. Motherhood opened this path even wider. After two powerful home births supported by my midwife, April Bullock, something awakened in me. These experiences led me to become a birth doula before my third child was born. Since then, I’ve supported mothers throughout the sacred fourth trimester—helping them rest, recover, and receive the care they deserve, while also offering nanny support as families adjust to life with a new baby.
