Teresa Deanna Martinez, Founder of The Healing Arts Community + Roots & Remedy™️ (R&R). As Roots & Remedy shifts into a 508c(1)(a) organization, our commitment is to expand this work in the Austin and surrounding communities by offering spiritual health guidance, educational workshops, healing services, and eventually supporting our elders as well.

As a Soul Doula and mother to many, my passion also lives with women and teen girls. I have led ATX Women’s Circles of Wisdom and Rootz Retreatz that create space for healing, connection, and self-discovery. I volunteer as a bilingual doula with Mama Sana Vibrant Woman (MSVW), a childcare assistant with Giving Austin Labor Support (GALS), and served as a Partners in Parenting (PIP) leader for bilingual families.

Teresa’s divine purpose is to learn from traditions, latest holistic practices and innovate them to help support others grow in their cellular health & wellness journeys to lead a life of optimal health & time wealth.
